Before sending your order(s) / item(s), they will be thoroughly inspected to ensure we meet a high standard and are of no issues.

1. How Do I Return?
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be notified to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please fill out our Contact Form
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- Upon return request approved, a tracking, receipt of postage and proof of return will be required from you from the date of return request approval.
2. What Items Are Returnable
- You can return your items within 14 Days (Australian Customers) / 30 Days (International Customers) from date of delivery.
- Must be in original condition
- Must be unwashed, unworn and unstained
- Proof of receipt
3. What Items Are Not Returnable
- Items that are 'No longer wanted' or deemed unsuitable to personal preferences
- In a condition other than their original condition.
- Washed, Worn items or show signs of wear, stains, makeup, deodorant, damage, defects or incorrect product
- Without proof of receipt
- All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice that clearly indicates which items are being returned (If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing)
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Final Sales, Non-Returnable, Promotional or Markdown Sales
4. Any Charges For Return
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
5. When Will I Receive My Credit / Exchange / Refund
- Returns are processed within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us and received.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit, exchange or refund.
- If you are approved, then your store will be item(s), and a credit, exchange or refund will be sent to your email of our case for the amount of the returned item
6. Can I Request an Exchange
- Exchanges are processed within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered and received by us.
- You'll receive an email notifying you it's been processed
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit, exchange or refund.
- If you are approved, then your store will be item(s), and a credit, exchange or refund will be sent to your email of our case for the amount of the returned item
7. Can I Request a Refund
- Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered and received by us.
- You'll receive an email notifying you it's been processed
- A refund is only ever eligible if the item is faulty
8. Can I Request Credits
- Credits are processed within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered and received by us.
- You'll receive an email notifying you it's been processed
- Store credit will be issued as a E-Voucher Code
- Store credit can only be used within our website store.
- Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Store credit cannot be redeemed as cash.
- Your store credit is credited in Australian dollars.
- Store credit expires within 1 Year.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
- Any returned items that does not meet the original condition or follow the requirements of return(s)
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
- Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service at any time to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
- In any of the instances above, the returned item will not be sent back to the consumer.
