How Can I Place My Order

- Once your order is received, you'll receive a confirmation email from us.
- Once your order is packed and posted, you will receive another email with your tracking number to follow your order's journey.
- Tracking number will be delivered to your Inbox (within 24 Hours), Junk Folder or alternatively, feel free to speak to us directly.
- You can track your parcel here.
- If you have not received your parcel, please contact us immediately in our Contact Form or reach out to us at [email protected] and reference your order number for us to help you out as quickly as possible.

What Shipping Options

- Orders are shipped on: Authority To Leave / No Signature

- Deliveries to countries outside Australia may incur a customs duty or
import tax, before your order can get to you. Unfortunately, customs
duty and import taxes are charged at random by your local customs
authority, so we can’t cover this one.
How Can I Cancel My Order

- If your order has already been packaged or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it for you.
How Can I Modify My Order
- Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we usually cannot make changes.
- This includes items changes, shipping options, delivery addresses and payment methods.
- You will be required to cancel your order and re-order if you require any changes.
- However If your order hasn't been packaged or shipped, we may be able to amend it and you can place a new order with the correct info.

Can I Combine Multiple Orders To Ship Together

What Happens If I Did Not Receive My Items / Incomplete Order / Damaged Items / Wrong Items

What If My Order Is Returned To Sender
- Please contact the courier directly first with your tracking number to be able to redirect the parcel back to you.
- If not, keep an eye on your tracking and once your order has returned back to our warehouse, we’ll reach out to provide you with some options.
